Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets in the assigned area and expand distributor/retailer networks.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance and resolve challenges.
  • Build relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers for product promotion.
  • Analyze sales data and competitor activities to refine strategies.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in Agriculture, Business, or any relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in agri-sales or rural sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in regional/local languages is highly preferred.

Work Experience:

3–5 years

Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and market penetration in the assigned territory through farmer meetings and demonstrations.
  • Ensure availability of products with distributors and retailers.
  • Collect feedback and insights from the market and prepare sales reports.
  • Organize promotional activities to increase product awareness.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in Agriculture, Business, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of sales experience in rural or agricultural markets.
  • Good interpersonal skills and basic computer proficiency.

Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales performance for multiple territories within the zone.
  • Manage and mentor Territory Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers.
  • Develop zonal sales plans and execute strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams for market expansion initiatives.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in Agriculture, Business, or relevant fields.
  • 5–8 years of sales experience with proven leadership abilities.

Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and audit requirements.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable to maintain cash flow.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial operations.
  • Knowledge of Tally or any accounting software is essential.
